They have great customer service

I bought a pair of the Type 2 heated gloves for my wife. She loves them! We noticed that one of the batteries ran out of juice much faster than the other which was disappointing. I emailed DayWolf and asked them if they would please send a replacement battery due to this defect...and they did! They sent two batteries and now her winter experience is so much better. Thank you DayWolf!
One of the best electric gloves out there

I bought these gloves for my girlfriend who suffers from Raynaud's syndrome, where the circulation to her fingers goes into spasms and the fingers turn painful, white or blue. A little complicated to charge, you have to take the batteries out of their pouches in the glove to charge them, but once installed, the gloves work great. They tend to run a little small in size so consider getting one slightly larger. Easy to turn off and there are three settings, high, medium and low. She loves these gloves in the cold weather.
Great down to about 10-15 F

I use them bicycle commuting down to about 10-15 degrees Fahrenheit with a relatively light glove over them (think spring ski gloves). At those temps, on high, my hands are pretty warm even with wind/snow. Could probably go a bit lower depending on your tolerance or if you have heavier outer gloves. Keep in mind these are liners, so make sure you have gloves loose enough to fit over them. They don’t do anything about wind on their own. I use them about 1.5-2 hours at a time at most on high, so the batteries last at least that long, but you do need a specific charger for them so keep that in mind.
